EV Fleet Charging Management Platform
Matrix Rom provided software development and technical support services for EZFleet, an Israeli EV fleet charging management platform.
The project involved support and improvement of a live software platform used for managing electric vehicle charging operations. The work covered several technical areas, including mobile application support, backend services, administrative tools, driver and fleet manager workflows, charging tag and token management, reporting exports, database analysis, AWS cloud diagnostics, and OCPI-related charging session investigation.
Matrix Rom helped investigate and resolve production issues, improve platform functionality, analyze charging transaction discrepancies, support reporting and export flows, and assist with staging and production deployment activities.
The engagement required a practical combination of software engineering, troubleshooting, cloud support, database analysis, QA, and operational support. This helped EZFleet improve platform stability, reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and the day-to-day management experience for fleet managers and drivers.
The project reflects Matrix Rom’s capability to support complex software platforms that combine mobile applications, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, external integrations, and business-critical operational data.
